All our cakes are custom made and might have variations to any original design.

This includes, colour matching. Colour matching can never be exact. We try every effort to match as close as possible, but noting, there could be some variations in the final colours, shades and colour tones.

Our cakes are custom and handmade and may have slight variations in textures due to circumstances beyond our control. Ie weather conditions, transit, handling etc

If you have your cake prior to your event, textures change, colour changes while your cake is being stored, due to weather and handling.

Once a cake order is picked up or delivered, Cakes by Zio Diz holds no responsibility thereafter. It is always recommended that cake is on display or stored with less handling as possible, as cakes are delicate.

Payment & Deposit:

A Deposit of 10% of the total price is required to secure the booking.

The balance remaining, is due the week before the event date.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable if cancellation, for any given reason. However, money can be moved forward to another cake, and is valid for 6 months from original booking.

Payment has to be made in full, a week prior to event date for order to commence. If remaining balance has not been finalised, no order is processed and will be considered void.

Payment accepted is by direct deposit.

Ingredients:

We do not use nuts in our products, but we can NOT guarantee there are no traces of nuts.

Our cakes are NOT gluten or vegan free and may contain traces of Egg and Soy.
