Cakes by Zio Diz began with a simple idea.
After 30 years in the food industry, Chef Angelo Di Zio decided to further his passion for food art and creativity by taking his knowledge and skills to the next level of Cake Artistry right here in Sydney, Australia.
Alongside his wife Vicky, with the knowledge and skills of being a professional Chef herself, the two of them, with their loads of kitchen experience and their passion for cakes are the driving force and creative team, behind “Cakes by Zio Diz.”
On top of being the head-baker, Vicky is also the photographer, social media manager, and together, they are the proud parents to three children, Stephanie, Nicole and Christian.
